Frequently asked questions
What counts as a monthly active user?
One device that uses your app during the last 30 days — counted once, however your app registers it. When many people share one subscriber id (like a church or club group), each member's device counts. How monthly active users are counted.
How does per-user pricing work?
Each paid plan is a monthly base price plus a rate per monthly active user: Premium $19 + $0.03, Pro $99 + $0.01, Team $399 + $0.01. You pay for the active users you actually have, and sending is unlimited on top.
Do I pay per notification?
No. Notifications are unlimited on every plan — mass, individual, group, topic and scheduled sends are all included. Your plan and its monthly active users are the only meter.
What happens if my account passes the Free plan's 10 MAU?
The Free plan includes everything while your account is within 10 monthly active users. Above that, sending pauses until you upgrade — nothing is deleted, and your devices, subscribers and data stay right where they are.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees, and downgrading never removes your team or your data: access simply follows your plan.
What is Agent Notify?
Your push-notification agent. It sets push notifications up for you — from a GitHub repository, or by reading files you import — writes and schedules your notifications, and answers questions about delivery. It is included in every plan.
Which app frameworks are supported?
Any. Flutter, React Native (Expo or bare), native Swift or Kotlin, .NET, Unity and the web can register their own device tokens with universal push — no SDK required. Universal Push (Any Framework).
How do Team seats work?
Team includes 10 team members; each additional member is $15/month, prorated as you add or remove them. Moving to a smaller plan never removes anyone — the oldest members keep access up to the new plan's limit.
